Recurrent Lung Infections

After having recurring stage four lung cancer, I was having regular monthly lung infections for at least one year. I was on differnt atibiotics every month which was only a temporay fix. I was having continuous uncontrollable coughing which lead to difficulty breathing and the regular antibiotics lead to severe urinary tract infections. I was losing hope that I would ever get better and have a normal life. The doctors told me there was nothing more that they could do.

Today, thank the Lord for Dr. Shores, I'm proud to say I'm infection free, I can breathe and I am once again active in my life. Dr. Shores uncoventional methods have helped me where conventional treatments failed. I really feel that the combination of structural, nutritional, detoxification and emotional release treatments have saved my life. I truly appreciate Dr. Shores willingness and eagerness to go above and beyond what I expected. I know that he spent many extra hours researching my condtion to improve my quality of life. I may still have cancer but now my family and I have hope for a cancer free life! This month I'm getting a cat scan done and I'll post my results.

I wanted to visit Dr. Shores just for a diagnostic check up and find out if there is anything which could be done to improve my overall health. I have had some previous injuries to my spinal area and both knees which Dr. Shores was able to identify. I was placed on the detoxification program and have had some adjustments made to my injured areas. I feel wonderful and would like to thank Dr. Shores for his personal attention and medical expertise. You rock Dr. Shores!

Both of my shoulders and mid-back muscles had been chronically tight and sore for over twenty years. I am a very active person and had to stop lifting weights at the gym because my shoulders would become so inflamed and painful after a workout. I am also a surfer and shoulder pain kept me out of the water many days. I had been receiving chiropractic care for over 7 years but had not found a solution. I even hired a personal trainer who prescribed stretching exercises for my shoulders, but to no avail.

The Good News: Dr. Shores was able identify the cause of the problem and released the tightness in my muscles! I am now surfing and lifting weights (including bench press) completely pain free. I could not believe it! My body feels much more relaxed now. My emotional well being has improved as well. The tension in my shoulders and back muscles are gone. My range of motion in my shoulders has improved tremendously. Even my posture is noticeably better! I have gone from rounded shoulders to good posture and I'm standing up taller.

Thanks Dr. Shores for releasing the muscle tightness. I feel like a new me!

I am a San Diego Native and long time triathlete. I was very active for many years and my training culminated in a successful completion of the Hawaiian Ironman. About two years ago, I was unable to exercise because of muscle soreness, shortness of breath and a very high heart rate. I spent over a year going to traditional Medical Doctors and found no relief for my problems. I was ready to resign myself to a more sedentary lifestyle.

Thankfully, I found out about Dr. Shores through a mutual friend. He was able to test, diagnose and recommend nutritional supplements that have made a huge impact in my life. The regular routine of chiropractic care and nutritional supplementation by Dr. Shores has resulted in me reaching exciting new levels of energy and concentration. I have begun to exercise again and am dreaming of competing in triathlons again after a two year absence.

Over a year ago I was diagnosed with colitis. The traditional treatment options I was offered gave me little hope. Because my husband was already familiar with Dr. Shores’ talent, he convinced me to go along with him on a visit. It was the best maneuver to ever happen to me!

In short order, Dr. Shores figured out some culprits in my diet and set out a plan for me. Despite my initial resistance, I decided to give it a one week try. One week of improvement, turned into two weeks…and the rest is my new life. It was obvious that the inflammation levels in my body were dropping. I lost weight without even trying. Simple things like cuts healed quickly. I knew that my body was experiencing positive changes. I continued seeing Dr. Shores as he refined my treatment.

Best of all, without taking any medication, I stopped having colitis symptoms. Instead I felt a renewed sense of energy and good health that I hadn’t even remembered. A recent colonoscopy has shown no signs of colitis. I love that I was healed in a natural way that gave me more than I ever expected.

I am beyond grateful to Dr. Shores for his talent and caring guidance.

I have suffered from monthly bladder infections/ urinary tract infections since December 2007. I had severe pain, cramping and I had to go to the bathroom all the time. I did at least five rounds of antibiotics that didn't work completely. I tried several supplements that helped some but I still had trouble. Dr. Shores was able to identify the problem and recommend the appropriate supplements and adjustments to my bladder. I felt better right away and within a few weeks the pain, cramping and frequent urination is gone!
I'm very thankful that Dr. Shores has taken the time and has used his knowledge to help me.

Over the years I have had significant problems with my right knee. I have had arthroscopic knee surgery twice, the most recent being just over a year ago. The first surgery produced some improvement in my knee pain, the latter was of no help whatsoever. I began thinking that the only way to improve the quality of my life was to entertain the prospect of total knee joint replacement.

Wanting to investigate all my options before taking such a drastic step, I consulted Dr. David Shores. After my initial visit with him, I enjoyed significant relief from my knee joint pain, and continue to see increased strength, flexibility and the absence of pain after each subsequent visit.

I found his approach to treating the "whole" person, not just the afflicted area to be refreshing and something that previous practitioners had not done.

In addition, I am now taking dietary supplements to encourage joint health. My visits with him are both enlightening and encouraging and best of all those thoughts of joint replacement surgery are a distant memory.

On June 15, 2009 I got the results from a Cat Scan for stage 4 lung cancer. Praise the Lord, between the many prayers and Doctor Shores treatments, I can now say that 2 of the large tumors in my scaleen area of my neck are gone and the balance of the tumors in the neck and sternum are reducing. I was told I was going to die 3 times over the past 4 years from my Oncologist. There was no further treatment to stop the progression of the cancer. I was maxed out from Chemo and Radiation and with Doctor Shores persistance and care, I am happy to say that my family and I know that this cancer is not going to beat me.

Doctor Shores has treated my immune system, infections, breathing difficulties, scar tissue from the radiation, sleeping difficulties, swallowing problems, and bladder issues, just to name a few. Conventional Doctors don't tell you that the treatment for lung cancer is going to kill you, they only intimate it is the cancer. Doctor Shores was the answer to all our prayers. I give praise to our Lord Jesus Christ first and a second praise to my good friend, Dr. Shores. Dr. Shores' willingness to continue to learn and try new approaches with my body has definitely been the key to our success.

After being diagnosed with IBS several years ago, I've dealt through the years with the pain and issues associated with this disorder. Recently I saw Dr. Shore to begin the Standard Products purification detox process. During the detox, the IBS was triggered and Dr. Shore reviewed the symptoms. His diagnosis was lactose intolerance. He suggested a lactase enzyme to help -- and it worked beautifully! It's hard to believe that for over 10 years, after many visits to several different gastro specialist and expensive scans and tests, the disorder was from lactose intolerance all along. Never once did the specialist run the simple intolerance test to diagnois this issue. Amazing!
